Cobwebs gone, tried to start to fit the tree together no help from you know who so have packed it away and put it out the front for the bin men or anyone else who wants it. I paid over a £100 for it a few years ago but just cannot be bothered with it all now. He has had his presents and when I said about Christmas he said it is for kids anyway. I said yes you have had your pressies! I am going to have a siesta. Take care.

Why should you got and get it, whats wrong with him getting it. Moyra, you say you are losing patience, why am I not surprised
Raining here, forecast is saying its going to dry up up in a while, training treats out of the freezer to defrost then, looking forward to getting out to training, although yesterdays offering, weatherwise, meant that no one had a run round, she may be a tadge up the wall in that case
Tucked up with a hot water bottle on my back, going to have an hour and hoping that along with pain killers the edge will go off the pain long enough for me to get out and back with Zen Pain isn't as bad as it was, so things could be a lot worse, probably my own fault for ironing last night anyway.
Nippy, poor Brian, wonder if all this wet weather makes it worse, decs will go up whenever, its not a race, never put mine up till a lot nearer Christmas, used to be Christmas Eve when the kids had gone to bed, then they used to come down to the real tree up, lights decs, and prezzies around the tree. Several houses near me are now lit up like the space station Alun said to me I am Scrooge and they put theirs up on the 1 December
Lynn, any news on finding the entrance your visitors are using, now you're not REALLY dismantling that fireplace are you
Pop a broccoli and cheese quiche over to me please Sue, could just fancy one for lunch

Morning Dogsey folk,
I know it's no laughing matter Moyra but I'd take that Xmas tree and with a bit of strategic positioning show the beggar just what it feels like to be a Xmas fairy! lol ! Well done you for standing up to him - bet he didn't like that at all!
Super Xmas efficiency from Nippy, glittery cobwebs for Lynn and a Quiche Fest for Sue (just when did they stop being flans?). You lot shame me with your hive of industry activities. All I've done is stumble round for two hours ina gale force whatever feedings animals and walking my dogs, who it has to be said need certifying - they are all acting really daft this morning bouncing about full of beans whilst "Dad" brings up the rear mumbling very un-sunday like utterances about the weather.
Hope everyone has a good day, stay warm and dry if you can and enjoy yourselves. Bye fer now.

Nippy, could Brian try tart cherry extract capsules?? My dad had gout and when he got on those he was never bothered by gout again
Lol, I like the idea of spraying cobwebs with glitter
No point in going to the walk in centre...I have a virus I think, thought the cough had gone this morning but it hasn't... Getting a blood test tomorrow so if it is anything bad it will show up in my blood test

'morning everyone Griff hope you're feeling a lot better and the blood tests are negative (for nasties I mean)

Was watching weather man this morning and Cumbria seems really bad, hope any Dogsey members up there are OK but many are without electricity so that's bad.

Still have high winds here but better than last few days, hope to do a bit in the garden and take Casey & Rianna down to the river partly to see how high it is.

Jenny, get Brian some cherry active, very good for gout.

well his lordship has got the tree in and together we have sorted it and he has put it together, he is currently putting the lights on the tree, I shall have to do the baubles when he has finished! He has finished and it looks good. Must get the baubles and tinsel on it in a little while.
