When will you decide on how many points for level 4

Once we see how long it takes for people to get to level 3.

We need to make it so that it's not to easy for 'troll's to get themselves up to that level easily.

Maybe something like being registered for 3 months AND having X number of points AND having made X number of posts

On Over 50s, PMs are unlocked after 25 posts and 3 months memberships - that's no good here because we only want o allow PMs to people who are taking part from now onwards - hence we need more focus on respect points).
