Dyeing a dogs hair?

My elderly Mum still can't tell the difference between Cherry and Parker so I have decided to dye Cherry pink. What do you think? Any idea where I can get some suitable dye from?

Cherry has one sticky-up ear, is slimmer than Parker and only has one eye and has a different hair-style and my Mum still calls her Parker and tells her off when it is actually Parker being naughty!

Here is a picture of the 2 of them together so you can see that apart from the obvious way of telling them apart (one is a bitch and one a dog) they really don't look the same!

Nothing wrong with my Mum's eye-sight by the way-I give up!

Mmmm seems fairly easy to tell the difference (they're soooo cute)
An ex landlady used to dye her Chihuahua to match her clothing!
Can't tell you what dye she used tho, sorry

Yep I agree, you are going to have to dye Cherry pink, they are identical and I can't tell them apart either

Well I've tried the pink collar and blue collar but that didn't work either!

He he-"Should have gone to Specsavers"!

I have thought of a solution-I have some spring t-shirt style of coats I bought to sell on my e-bay site and I will get the pink one to have "Cherry" printed on it. If Mum still gets it wrong it will be the hair dye!

Funny thing is when I used to go to training classes they could never tell which dog I had brought either! Now that Cherry only has one eye that is a bit of a clue as to which dog she is you would have thought

PS-just thought I would mention before someone accuses me of cruelty that Parker normally has a bobble in to tie his hair back. He didn't the day we took the above photo as he had been to a dog show where he has to have his hair breed standard style.

Ah how kind! Must admit she is getting special treatment since she had her eye removed.

Hehe (what lovely dogs by the way).....if your mum's eyesight is the problem then how is her sense of smell?! You could always put something on one of them (fox poo should do the trick) so that she knows instantly without having to look at them.
