A charcoal boneo at night should hopefully do the trick. My friend has a jack russell that is exactly the same and the charcoal sorted it.

Yeah i used to give my staffy charcoal biscuits they are fantastic , but lady has allergies to the ingrediants in them.
Its hard to tell at the moment what she is suffering from medically because she has never been the same since we lost my staffy

Thanks everyone

Vet said her tummy is inflamed and because she already has a sensitive tummy then it affects her more than it would a normal dog .
He has given her a injection of cerenia and 4 tablets of cerenia ,she has 2 tablets once a day .
he has also given her 5 days supply of antepsin tablets half tablet twice a day .
he said the same as you guys she needs something to eat before she goes to bed ,but not her normal food , he said to try her with a slice of brown bread ,
typical , she has a wheat allergy so had to get some wheat free bread ,wow that cost a bit
she is well worth it though .

Thankyou so much
It does mean she has to have a few days off her pain meds now though , so she is going to be quite uncomfortable

Am sorry your dog is poorly and hope the vet can find out what's wrong, what food is she having now? Had lot of problems with my dog for three years n despite tests never did find out what was wrong(seems most probably grains). Change of food and giving in smaller amounts more often, as has been said, has helped. Hope she's better soon x
