Help with my website

With the aim in mind that I would one day like to be a behaviourist I thought I would have a wee go at building a website and seeing what it looked like

(note this was just for fun - I am not going to be pushing it or anything till I have more experience and am more qualified)

What do you think?? anything I should put in/leave out - and any ideas for a name OH thinks mcfuzzylugs is rubbish - ut his suggestions of 'positive training with pam' is just horible (I think)

Also, for all you web people
It seems to load vvvvv slow, I am using microsoft publisher and uploding the files to the ftp
are there any tips and tricks to make it load up faster??

- Oh and I know I havent got alternative text for the fotos yet - working on it, is there anything else I need??
