I really should say Kindle. Tend to read a lot of free books and also buy the odd discs from Ebay.

Just starting with a flare up ... feeling exactly like I did after my first covid vaccine, been like it a couple of days but Tonight is horrible, will increase my steroids for a few days
Spoken to the specialist chap about Kota... I have to give her a steroid a day for 3 days then 1 every other day...he said to complete the course and call him...... errrrrmmmm, you didn't prescribe a course, will do another 10 days and call him again
