It's a bit changeable here today, shall we bet it's going to rain as I am going to go out. I am making a point of making myself go out everyday now, it hurts like mad but I am aiming to get 5000 steps a day in....I know it's nowhere near as much as I should do but it's flipping agony.

Sorted out the heater to be fitted and other one moved for next Tuesday so we should have a warmer winter next year

Kelly, set your own goals because only you know what you can and can't manage comfortably. It should be comfortably and not something that leaves you in a great deal of pain otherwise it defeats the object.

Chris, I am in constant pain anyway and I really need to lose weight, the nurse is surprised I wasn't losing much weight as I was barely eating yet still only losing a pound or 2, my mum is here all day and sees what I eat....I would love a treadmill or to do toning tables but nowhere really does those anymore
