Is tea better for you than Coffee?

I was a coffee drinker - ever since I was 13-14. Until the other week where Pilgrim only had tea - I was gasping so I drank tea. Now I'm bl**dy addicted!!! Still have my morning coffee and afternoon Cappachino (sp) though - but tea the rest of the time...

So is it better for me or not?

Tea is better for you overall due to the lower caffine content. Herbal teas are better than your traditional English Tea though

Tea is nicer and better if your thirsty I think. I would imagine it has less caffeine then coffee, but could be wrong.

Im a tea person. Much prefer tea made with tea leaves however teabags very convenient
