Eeek! - homecheck booked for Friday!

For dog number 2! Cue utter terror how we're really grossly unsuitable dog owners and panicking until it's over and we can start seriously visualising the dog we want (and shopping)!

It'll be for a greyhound but may have to wait till they can find a cat-workable one!

It's via the Newark Crossing Cottage kennels - so the larger branch around here with their own kennels rather than the small one.

Assuming they have an eligible buddy for the FartMonster and Madam SulksALot that is!

Relax! You'll be fine, most rescues don't home check until they have told you all of their requirements, the home check is mainly to check that you weren't telling porkies or overlooked anything, and you haven't had second thoughts!

But offer them a cup of tea and put some biscuits out, biscuits are always nice.
