Luckily, I do NOT have this gene. At my sister's last night, "they" were discussing the many ways of cooking the Christmas sprouts...... fortunately, I managed to zone out and go to a happy place so I didn't have to listen....

Sprouts? No thanks!

I hated them when I was a kid, and I remember sitting at the table with my head drooped to the floor, tears flowing down my face coz my grandma wouldn't let me have my pud until I'd eaten the blooming things, but I just couldn't.

NOW, I love 'em, I even cook more so I can have bubble and squeak next day with them. I have lots of faulty genes
