Oh yes, it's too cold for sandwiches at work now, so I'll probably start on my lunchtimes soups in a week or so!

I make it, and stick it in a flask, then I don't even have to bother microwaving it!!

I do that when I go watching my nephew play football !!

He's just been signed for Blackburn

I'm about to tackle a butternut squash, orange and ginger recipe... have never ever cooked with butternut squash in my life so this will either be spectacular or a trainwreck!

I roast butternut squash with seasonal veggies in the oven - really tasty. I also put it in Stews, makes a lovely gravy!!

Did you put onion in with your soup? Was it all blended down?

Yeah onion, squash, ground ginger, orange juice and stock - then cream added in after the blending toward the end.
