Searching and searching

For cleft Palate Services in Gloucestershire,it seems Gloucestershire hospitals don't have a cleft team.
I was searching because Tom has an appointment on the 14th at BCH,to see his cleft team.
His speech and language therapist that sees him at school(twice)has apparently requested a transfer.
Seems I'm dealing with a right numpty,how can he be transferred to a non exsistant team.
