They Have Hatched!!!

Hubby popped down to the avairy a little earllier as our mum and dad were shouting
when he peeped in this is what he found




now this has never happened to us before- two babies hatching the same day- and it shouldnt really happen, but i am so chuffed

just hoping egg number 3 hatches

They are lovely little pink, featherless, blind, helpless things, and look at Mum & Dad looking at them.

Yes Jess these will be handreared from 4 weeks old

and yes all three (if 3rd one hatches) have been reserved for a few months now

Sausage and Chips (mum and dad) are excellent parents

Aww they are gorgeous. They remind me of when we incubated my sons per pigeon (long story) but grow into much more beautiful birds (but don't tell my son).
