VERY close call!

Just went out to get my Rabbit in and feed him, 2 Borders followed me and BANG! all hell broke loose down the bottom of the garden behind the Cat pen. A Cat had got into the garden (all inverted fencing so mine cant get out) and it couldnt get out again. I called the dogs off and shut them in.

It was going ape, so I let him calm down for a minute, and cornered him carefully, I then took a deep breath as I saw him standing awkwardly and looking off balance. I carefully picked him up, the injury to his back leg was clear, he hadnt got one! No back leg! a HUGE sigh of relief, I knew the dogs hadnt touched him but I though he had hurt himself trying to escape. Certainly not bothering him having lost a leg, I opened the gate and off he toddled.
Dawn.

All's well that end well, but it could so easily have been entirely different. Hope you had a nice glass of wine and sat and relaxed after the scare.
