Those of you, who knows of my problems with Luna taking the dummy, will probablely be as happy as me over this pic:



I "played" with the dummy.. I sat on the floor, and kept sweeping and pushing the dummy infront of her, not letting her take it.. and holy cow.. she went straight for it.. Not once, twice.. no 4 times.. And everytime, I got her to sit and hold and then I had to take this pic after the 4. time and call it a day

Well Willow.. This is indoor... I need to get her to take this dummy indoor every time I do this and the next step will be her taking it when I tell her to.

But as AM said, I'll try to play it into her....

So our next step is officially:

To get Luna to take the dummy from my hand/floor indoors everytime

Then we'll go to the outside area

I did the exact same thing with both my dogs.... getting the hold and the retrieve in the house before taking it outside where there was loads of distractions (both my dogs are tarts when it comes to other people or dogs )

The flattie is much better though now and would much rather be retrieving than saying hello, where as the golden will dash off to say Hi. But we've never done anything serious with him so we've never really cared when things go wrong with him

Will be following your progress all the time and cant wait to hear how it all goes

Luna is pretty steady outside

You actually have 2 of my favourite breeds And they could both be my next breed If I dont stick to the labradors

I hope I will sooon be able to write about further progress

And in the meantime, I will be reading on your updates and progress
