well i am going back on my 'detox' as ive been a norty boy! so:

no more choc
no more crisps
no more fast food
no more t (not that I drink it anyway)
no more coffee (ditto)
no more things with added sugar
or yeast
or lactose
no more MSG
and other chemicals

guess that leaves
fruit
veg
pulses
beans
brown rice
water
apple juice
chicken
or lamb
or beef if i really must.

erm, cant think wot else! ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

well Azz if you are doing that you are a better person than i am,
i am over weight and dont dfo a lot at all (a bit lazzy) but i dont over eat but could not give up most of what you just said
