Noisey fridge/freezer

Just wondered please if anyone else has a 'hoover' frostfree fridge/freezer. Bought mine in December last year and it makes the most terrible noise, the fan/motor? goes on and off every 15/20 minutes or so, rattling, whirring, it is so loud. Have phoned the shop 3 times, but they don't want to know and say it is normal
