Good morning Brenda hope you have a good day

Fingers crosses for today Chris and gentle hugs for Rosie

Lovely morning here. Teazle walked, washing out and been into town for some dog biscuits. I also needed a watch strap and battery but one does not open until 9.15 and no sign that they were about to open so walked got another, Rang bell as instructed no reply so came home. Will try next time I am in town.

Take care everyone

We lost her this morning.

The lump was so big and fast growing the vet said that it would be back in 6 weeks at the most so we made the truly awful decision to let her go.

She fell asleep peacefully in my arms surrounded by love.

I'm in bits. My sweet little princess has gone to be with Sam, Jade and Ben hopefully to wait for us

Evening everyone.

Oh no Chris I am so so sorry not what I was expecting to read.
As hard as it is going by your vets guidance you did absolutely the right thing for Rosie.
I know right now it's hard to believe. Sending much love to you all.
Run free at the rainbow bridge Rosie.

Elaine is very well griff.
We spent hours catching up, and enjoying lunch and cake too.
How is your hip ?
Hope you have a good day brenda.
That's a nuisance Sue.
I hope you have had a good day Kazz.

We did a dump run this morning then went to a nursery for some plants to spruce up my hanging baskets in the front.
Plus I have weeded nearly all the pots, tomorrow some shopping then re-potting the quince tree and a few other bits.

We truly had no other option. The vet took one look at how it had grown over the past week and said it wouldn't be fair to even try.

Over the past couple of days, it's been really worrying her.

Thankfully, we had a good weather day yesterday so we were out in the morning and again in the afternoon and spoilt her rotten. She loved it. When we got home, the incessent licking started again and she was trying to rub the lump on the carpet. We knew in our hearts that the vet would be unlikely to do the op once she saw her. We had talked about what to do should that happen and we decided to let her go peacefully before the nasty. horrible thing got even worse.

It's been a tearful day today and I feel like a part of me is missing
