Scary! Hope the driver was fired and charged for reckless driving. How can you 'not see' a blind person and guide dog? How can people trust their kids with a school bus driver who is so unaware of what's going on on the road?

On crowded roads it is easy to do this. Wrong but easy. We had a case here in Ireland of a woman killed crossing a zebra against the lights. Even when the lights are against pedestrians you have to be extra careful as many take no heed. There is one crossing in town here where there are no light and folk just launch themselves across without looking. Heart in mouth every time.
