Casey Now retired from The Ring

I decided after having casey in the ring right through 2002 until this year that it was time to retire her, she was top bitch 2002/2003/2004/and half way breed leader 2005
plus top shar-pei 2003/2004. and half way breed leader 2005,she now has 23 CC'S a Champshow BIS at WKC, and won the champstakes 3 times, shes 5 years old in 2 months and i feel shes got nothing left to do now, so no more early mornings for her now, a lady of leisure, we might do an odd crufts, or a breed champshow, but as far as breed competitions concerned its all a thing of the past, this is her relaxing at home.

Thanks everyone, shes been an absolute pleasure to show, shes snogged judges, chewed there ears, and one poor judge bent down on her honkers and cupped her head in her hands--that was all it took, casey threw her paws around her and snogged her, knocking her off balance and upending her i was trying to get the dog back of her and pull the judge up from the ground with my other hand.
Her critique read- i was litterally bowled over by this bitches enthusiasm At another show wed been placed in the group and the mayoress was giving out our crystal, she was bending and stroking each dog as she came along, she asked was she safe to stroke, i said very freindly but she will mug you., she smiled and said oh thats ok she ended up on her knees with caseys paws around her cuddling her infront of a packed ringside.------ so now as shes retired i guess a lot of judges will breathe a sigh of relief.

Well done to Dizzy and Casey.Although I think its very sad when a great dog retires I also think its the right thing to retire when the dog is still at his/her best and will be remembered strutting round the ring in their prime!!
I hope you have many many years of happy retirement and I hope that one of those little babies(who I'm sure are not so little anymore) keep you occupied in the ring for many years also
