I've had to reset the Virgin modem a few times recently/ Apart from that, the internet speed is normal.

it's a known problem with virmin atm,just have a look at the official forums! there is loads of people all saying the same thing, along with how cr*p they are for online gaming corrupt d/ls etc. Seems some are ok and many are not, are you using the router supplied by virmin? mine is a billion router I got from a local supplier and I've not had any disconnects so far, but I do have a lousy connection at the best of times speed wise.

I have no probs with virgin ....but they know me and I go mad and demand payment for the days i don't get service I get the top package and the speeds are always nice and fast
