Morning all!
Bank holiday Monday, mum and dad get back at sometime today, the dogs will be so pleased. Don't have to rush around tidying up as it's all done ( makes a change for me)
Started watching Shirley valentine and fell asleep! So still haven't seen it all the way through lol

Busy yesterday with cooking and then out for a walk along the sea front. Fortunately most of the walk is quiet as too far to walk for the tourists and no facilities either! Dull and a bit of drizzle so far this morning so washing in tumble dryer. Teazle walked and apple crumbles made. Now to take it easy until washing is ready for ironing.

Oooooooo, apple crumble!!! Where Steve lives, there are tonnes of blackberries...I am thinking of picking some and giving them to my mum with some apples, she might make a crumble then lol.....there's loads of sloes too but I don't like gin

Hello everyone, sorry I do not get to the threads much these days as my eyes are so bad. Got another phishing call this morning purporting to be from Amazon saying my order amounting to £399 was on its way and to press one if it was not meant for me. I pressed one and then wondered if I had done the right thing in acknowledging it. Never gave them any info so phoned mastercard and they confirmed it was just phishing - what's the point of it all?

Moyra do you block the numbers after they call you? It is hard to know what to do; as you are not expecting the call and obviously answer truthfully.

Morning all been down to the market on beach green. Bought a tomato and cheese focaccia bread and a small cyclamen. Busy but all people being good. Focaccia is yum so having wine with it and wine not. Have a lovely day all.

Looks like the travellers are heading in. Far too many caravans headed away from the touring sites so my guess is that they headed for the car park in town yet again
