I`m sure you`ll enjoy it

Advice for first session :

If outdoor, use footwear with good grip
Take a camera
Take someone to take pics with camera
Take a deck chair
Take a soft drink or flask for you and water for doglet
Make sure camera batteries are fully charged
Take plenty of treats or doglets favourite toy
Wear loose comfy clothing, but preferably trousers which don`t fall down [ Hi Fudgeley ]
Make sure there is new film or card space in the camera

That pretty much covers it

Oh and couple of serious one`s :

Don`t feed doglet for at least a couple of hours before class :smt001

Don`t be afraid to ask the instructor to explain anything you are not sure of

If you are told to do something in a manner you are not comfortable with for your dog, don`t do it ! [ that goes for any doggy activity / training ].

Ok, after my experiences of agility wear well fitting trousers!! lots of treats and some comfy shoes. A short lead may help if you are starting off on the lead. You will have a great time and may well become addicted. I start my intermediate course tomorrow so will pray for fine weather for us both.

well what can i say loved doing it everyone was really nice and helped to show me what to do. Made everyones nite as yes i fell over as it was outside anddid not see the slight rise in the grass, felt really silly but laught it off and carried on.

the trainers was really pleased with smudge she was jumping the highest jup in novice and they had labs and golden retrevers that would not jump it and had been going for weeks. so have signed up for the course and sh will be doing obediance as well which is great.

will put some pics up tom for you only got 3 pics sory but will get morenext time.

now i thought i had just brused my right calf and knee from the fall but could hardly walk today, went to the doctors and have found i got a hemotosa (sorry cant spell think its a blood clot) of my calf and have nowgot to rest and keep my leg up with cold pressure packs and will take at least 1 week to get right. So how silly do i feel now. just hope am well enough for next week as smudge was great and really loved it. feeling sorry for my self now i think how silly to fall on first night and it was not rainig....lol
