Griff I think this must be as baffling to you as it is to me how do you go from being 100% in the right to it seems liable for THEIR costs????? Are there a different set of plans for access rights and ownership?

Kazz, it's just their solicitor doing his job... trying to scare us into doing everything they want. The drive is a dead end by my garage, their house is before ours so quite how a car in front of my garage affects their access...who knows. That's what the lady next door said, for 42 years her family have parked there and never any issue...this pair of pathetic liars turn up and think they can dictate things...and that's what they are, liars.. they have lied about my neighbours and ourselves blocking access, lied about renovation costs being increased and lied about lost rent, they do some work...run out of money and stop, it's been that way for 18months, the house is unfinished, undecorated and unlettable and there's another lie..they told my neighbour they were going to move in. It will all be sorted out and once a solicitor looks at our evidence I think they will be exposed for what they are...liars
