Gary has had a total of 4 social workers since we moved here. While they all agree what he needs, it isn't available so they always end up closing his case until the next time one of his consultants write to them to explain his needs then the whole rigmarole starts again.

The tell you to have an end of life plan when you are a carer for one of your kids. Great in theory. Bloody impossible in practice.
