Does anyone work for nokia or a phone shop? damsel in distress

Nokia Lumia 520 crashed after possibly wrong child lock password entered - been emergency calls only since Monday eve

i was using my new nokia lumia 520 monday eve to ring a taxi and a child lock was on, i unlocked child lock attempted to ring taxi and phone has been unusable since, i dont know if child lock came back on as it was dark outside late evening,but everytime i turn off take battery out it resets,it currently says try again in 401353 minutes 04.19 wednesday 6th march with old texts along top occasionally. very catalogue who purchased from emailed me this eve said ring nokia 9-5 and gave me number but i currently have no phone so i cant,dnt want to borrow one unless I have too. i have a microsoft account but find my phone i cant figure out which is what google says thats if i even set up properly. battery wont last much longer then counter will restart again
