They don't get any when they beg.. if they lay down out of the way or stay quiet then they get something in their dishes, if they beg they get nothing. But there were no leftovers - it was too yummy!

Awww. Jinty doesn't beg. She's never been fed off our plate. She can quite happily sleep right next to me while I eat.

They're never fed off my plate so like Jinty - will happily sleep next to me whilst I'm eating.. OH and in laws on the other hand...Benjie's took a bit of time learning I do not give in to him barking for food unless I have asked him to speak.. so it took a lot of me getting up and removing him from the room when I was eating.. he's learnt that with me, sleeping or not looking at my plate = scraps, in laws, MiL especially, barks and gets told to shush, then barks again and gets a bit of food but at least I don't have to put up with it..
