10 things to make your day

It doesn't take much to make my day, and they are simple things. Here is my top ten:

1. Driving to work without suddenly coming across road works and a red traffic light on a road that was clear the night before;
2. Someone from work I have never spoken to offering me a piece of fruit;
3. A shop assistant remembering I have dogs and asking after them;
4. Winning €4 on a scratch card;
5. Finding something tasty in the bottom of the freezer I forgot I had;
6. Coming home to find flowers have suddenly bloomed;
7. Sunshine after heavy rain;
8. Finding enough loose change in various pockets to have a "free" bar of chocolate
9. Waking up warm because Polo is still cuddled up to me
10. Being smiled and waved at by complete strangers (happens all the time in Ireland)

1)Drive to work and not get stuck behind a particular muppet in a green sierra who drives so slowly he's gonna end up getting arrested for kerb crawling.

2)Get to work and actually find some proper milk in fridge and not that horrible long life camel milk they use in the office-i lurve coffee!

3)Find money down side of seat in car where its slipped out of pocket.

4)Wake up in morning to blissfull warm sunshine and realise there was a downpour during the night.

5)For a certain person to smile at me.

6)Im alive.

7)Not being given too many jobs to do on a friday at work.

Cant think of any more!

Here's another the ladies may relate to....
waking up after a long and blissful dream involving a dream man (in all senses) and remembering every detail. (must stop eating cheese late at night... on the other hand..... )

Hmmmm goes without saying, waking up to be greeted by my three dogs, but that's EVERY day without fail.

Waking in the morning and realising that I slept all night without being woken by Kev snoring! Remembering a rather nice dream is a bonus to!!! :smt042
