Sometimes although very hard you become the bigger person by restraining yourself. Possibly a blessing you only had a bath sheet on.
Trouble is you would of been the one in trouble even though provoked.

Perhaps a call to the council, Kelly. I'm pretty sure that it's their responsibility to make sure run off water goes into a drain.

We will have a similar problem when the old lady next door dies. At that point, the gloves are off and it will get seen to
