I am not as bad as when he was a puppy, I have chilled out a bit since! Still quite picky though lol.

My plan so far is... working 5 days a week, 1 day a week I will drop him off with my parents, one day they will go out to him, then 1-2 a week I squash all daily breaks together and go home for a bit in the middle of the day, and then 1-2 days a week I get a dog walker in
