Well this dog cannot be that bad because it is not CHAINED to the wall but tethered using a fabric lead. Most dogs would have eaten through that in less than two minutes!

The dog looks clean and the nails, whilst long, are not unacceptably so; of course one cannot see the body condition etc.

I am not sure how she can prove this dog has been used for security work, but even if she can, I am not sure that is relevant? If he was a good dog then he would not have left security work............... unless he was too old to work any more.

read the post this is how he used to be left, now he's kept in bedroom

O Lord, that poor dog. I haven't read all 6 pages of posts but the photograph of that poor dog is just dreadful. The lead is far too short, but the look in his eyes, that is one poor suffering dog.

The RSPCA are just a crock of ****. There is so much more to animal cruelty than lack of water, food and shelter. That poor, poor dog.

TBF you cannot really see where the lead begins, so it could be long enough.
