The power automatically turns off after a few seconds or after taking only a few pictures.


Follow the steps below to troubleshoot if the power automatically turns off after a few seconds or after taking only a few pictures.

Ensure you are using fresh or fully charged batteries.
IMPORTANT: Batteries discharge more quickly when used in cold weather conditions.

Turn on the camera.
Try taking a few pictures.
If the issue is not resolved, try replacing or recharging the batteries.
NOTE: Some cameras will automatically turn off if the camera is not used for about 90 seconds. This is a power save mode that is used to prevent the batteries from wearing down. Consult the instruction manual of your camera to determine if your model has this feature. If this is not the case, then service may be required.
