yep i agree with this.. i like badgers, and have respect for them... but coming from farming background, have seen the damage they do (not even just to livestock but things like chickens and their eggs) i also go hunting still, and i still have respect for the animals, but like i say to anyone who says to me why do i do it, we are responsible for every single wild animal, we took over their land, so now its up to us to manage their populations...

I wonder who's going to manage our population then? We don't seem to be doing a very good job of it!

I also wonder how their population was controlled before man took the land......hmmmm nature.

My point is that there was enough room for them all at one point. There clearly isn't now after we have built all our houses and taken over. If we don't help the population, it is affected anyway because there isn't enough space, there won't be enough food, and disease spreads quicker.

As for controlling the human population

Where did it come from??
He doesnt buy in other stock ,the land has been farmed for 100s of years..
So it came from an outside source..
Does other wild life carry bovine TB..??

and it can show after being hidden in the earth for hundreds of years,
any car that drives to his farm could have carryed it in,
there are 101 ways to get it other than badgers
