Hi everyone. I made my name here after my dog Dasher. If you've ever heard of the black pearl dogs you'll understand why. I call him my black diamond because he's such a gem. I adopted him in December of 2006 after losing my 13yr old German Shepherd/Chow to lung cancer in November. It devastated me. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of him, as he was my heart dog. I picked Dasher because he looked as sad as I felt. Dasher was also heartworm positive. He had three strikes against him. He was a senior dog, black and heartworm positive. But he spoke to my heart. He's helped me so much. We've helped each other to smile again. When I got him, he had no idea how to pose. Now, he's a pro. I did a little photo shoot with him a few weeks ago so I thought I'd use it as an intro picture. I'm also an amateur photographer wanting to go pro. I just registered the name I'll be using and I'm so excited! I look forward to getting to know everyone.
