That's good.....everytime you low, just say Stephanie told me ........it's his loss not mine. Takes a while, but once you believe that then you can go another step forward.

When I split with my first Hubby......well low wasn;t the word(but that's another story) But everytime I looked in the mirror I said out load those words. (Someone told me to) and a few days afterwards I started laughing at myself for doing it.....but it really helped

Sorry to hear you're having these problems again with your o/h Sue. I don't know what to wish for you quite honestly, don't know if you want him to come back or not Just sending some hugs to help you get through it all. You're always going through this with him, and at the end of the day, is it worth keep putting yourself through it all? You take care, I hope you're not too upset still, and I hope something comes along to cheer you all up, maybe it might be him or maybe it might be somebody else who will treat you the way you deserve.xx
