Dog walking/sitting feedback card.

What kind of questions would you like to answer on a comment card given to you after a dog sitting/walking service?

Ex: "Would you recommend me?", "My attitude?", "Condition of dog", etc.

I want to make a quick and easy feedback card for my costumers; I'm just not entirely sure what concerns most who need these services. What would you be checking on after one of these services to decide whether you will use it in the future?

i would just let them decide the nature of the feedback they wish to give, therefore just make it an open question.

ie, any comments on my service?

if it were me i wouldnt be interested in little check cards, as its not true feedback, its an impersonal survey whereby someone is catergorising my thoughts.

with that in mind, i find a dog walker is a very personal service, so id rather have those sorts of conversations naturally anyway, either face to face, over the phone, email, a diary left at the clients house, that sort of thing
