I've just started back on the weight watchers wagon - eat so much better than when not on it! nicer food and healthier and more variety too!

I would like to lose the 2st I put on in the last year!!!

Lost 5.5lb in my first week ! although this will no doubt slow down.

I feel so much better already and even to allowed myself a glass of wine

I really do love food far too much but with WW you seem to be able to enjoy all of the things you want.

Planning and tracking are key !

My OH is also doing it so that helps and we are still eating as a family where we can - and the kids are even becoming more aware of what they eat So it can only be a good thing for all of us!

Well done those that are doing well!

How are we all doing?

Apart from a slight pregnancy/miscarriage set back, where I gained 6 pounds, I've now lost a stone and a half. It's very slow, but it's going the right way!

Well done, it's not always easy especially when you have had a set back, I do a lot of comfort eating! I could do with losing a stone and a half.

I lost almost 3 stone between January and June .
I am trying very hard to maintain this weight .
I weigh myself every Monday first thing .
I am now a size 10 on the bottom and a 12 on the top .
I also feel healthier and fitter .
My advice to anyone trying to lose weight is keep at it as it's worth it in the end
