I just spent quite a while staring at the weed trying to work out what type of creature it was

There's a few in there!!!

I love frogpoles and toadpoles but love them even more when they are tiny little miniature adults!

Mahooli, I agree. At one stage last year the grass around the pond looked alive as all these little froglets jumped through the grass

Oh must go and check mums pond and see if she has any this year yet.Love the little frogs when they still have their tails as well.

Took me a while too. Love to see Tadpoles if there are any in the ponds this cold spell will probably of killed them off.
