Attention AOL users....

If any AOL users are having any logging in issues please minimize AOL then click on 'start' then 'Internet' Hopefully this should open up Microsofts own web browser, in that simply come back to Dogweb and log-in as usual - then Dogweb should work fine. (AOL's Own browsers are not very website friendly).

Similarly for those accursed by AOL's sullen refusal to build a new version of AOL for those whose Mac computers run on an OS older than Mac OS X:

Click Apple menu > Applications > Internet Explorer

This will allow IE to "piggyback" on your AOL connection - and the resolution of non-AOL websites will be ten times better into the bargain.

For those unfamiliar with AOhelL, if you have a PC, you can get AOL v9.0 now. If you have a Mac with anything up to and including OS 9.x, all you'll get is the antique AOL v5.0 - there's nothing newer unless you upgrade your computer to OSX with Broadband.

However, AOL are very fair about this - they allow you to pay the same as someone with the new version.........
