Germolene??

Can you use it on dogs???

Bailey's got a small lump type thingy on his back leg, I've tried squeezing it and only a bit of blood has come out Ihe didn't flinch when I sqeezed it so I don't think it's hurting him but he has such a high threshold for pain it's hard to tell

I think he's got a splinter in it and it's working it's way out but I can't see anything at the moment.

Can I use germolene to help draw it out?? If not what can I use please?

Thanks

Wont hurt him, Ive used it before on sores on dogs. just dont use it excessively and take care to note that he doesnt keep licking it off.

I would just leave it. Personally, I wouldn't put anything on it at all......

Epsom salts will act as a poultice to draw a splinter out.

You can use homeopathic silica 30c

I did not know they still made germolene (reminds me of my childhood, small round tins of pink stuff).

I use phytobalm from Hilton Herbs myself

I used it on Robbie last week when he grazed his leg, mainly because of the anaesthetic in it to stop him licking it.

I used to love the smell of Germolene as well, but like too many things I cannot get it here. I can still remember the smell of it though!
