£300 plus in credit............

Poor little man Bruce has a upset tum...well I know what caused it, friend gave him a chew yesterday, poo's are very colourful, but poor Bruce feeling alittle sorry for himself.
Skye has a little silly cough sort of clear the throat job......so took them to the vets.
Loved doing it, nice to see them falling all over themselves but that's the naughty side of my humour coming to the fore.
Bruce given something to settle his tum, Skye has a slight throat infection and that was sorted. So go to the counter to pay and had a probelm they don't want any money Errrrrrrrrrr 'why'
Oh! thats ok Mrs Young, the Practice Manager has been trying to contact you, after discussions with yourself and The Royal Veterinary College the price of the Operation £349 (is the figure) we have credited you back, so you just paid for X-Rays,drugs and the emergency vet the night Reah was watched'...........................What a lovely feeling. Apparently letters from them and The Royal Veterinary College are in the post

Very pleased for you and well done on getting the right result, however I await news of what the letters say as how can they overcharge you by that amount and not notice when you queered it in the first place. Should be a good fairy story.
