Phil I am pleased to hear Skye is better .
I think like us old dogs have off days when their old bones ache and they just want to be left to rest.
With my last dog Amy (age 16) I used to get in a state thinking 'this is it' when she had an off day but she would sleep then recover a little and I could see life still held some small pleasures for her

Hi I was so worried,even scared to go back to the thread,but wow he looks ready to climb Snowdon,I suppose when we all get older it is difficult sometimes to get out of a warm bed like a spring chicken,especially if its cold damp and dreary.Gemini54
