My little helper

Just like to share something Jasper did especially for me this morning ( whilst I was reading posts on Dogsey again )
I heard the post being delivered, and Jasper barked, just a couple of times, to let me know. I was in the back room on my laptop. Anyway he came to me proudly offering me one of the letters, so I told him good boy and thank you about 20 secs later, another letter carefully delivered to me by Jasper. He is such a little helper, and seems to love doing little jobs, I have not taught him to do this, so was really pleased with him. He does pick things up for us, for example when I am pegging washing if I drop a peg he will pick it up carefully and bring it to my hand.

Just wondering if anyone on here can share similar things about their dogs helping people.

Good boy Jasper! You've got a clever one there.....Marco would just run off with anything, letters, pegs, washing, anything he could get his teeth into

Oh Jasper, you are clever! Pereg would have shredded it - luckily we do not have a letter box though!

What a lovely clever dog! He clearly is bending over backwards to please you, and perhaps is capable of performing many more helpful tasks. What fun you will have teaching him

My Jimmi however is not in the slightest bit interested in helping around the house..........not one tiny little bit

How delightful! Bella sometimes brings me the toilet roll from the bathroom - well she gets one end and drags it. Her main talent is to make sure everywhere I want to sit will be comfy enough for me by trying it out before I can plonk down.

And she does TRY to help me eat everything I put in front of me!
