I thought you mean dog bowl..... !!!

I cook a good chicken and leek pie, and a nice chicken stew too.

I like chicken!

Ive started buying whole chickens and ripping loads of meat off to save money....and then Jin can have the carcus because its uncooked.

I feel cooking bones is such a waste now!

I love bread too but can't have it as I am allergic to yeast
Those cheese scones look lovely though. We always have debates about whether they are pronounced scownes or scons.

Wok chilli-chicken is amazing and works every time.

Sid does a fantastic home-made lasagne that beats any that I've eaten in restaurants.

Has to be, my version of Spagetti Bolognese (Made with home roasted cherry tomato sauce, smoked pancetta, 1/2 beef mince, 1/4 pork and 1/4 pork. Cooked long and slow, so that the resulting sauce is unctuous. Stirred into some hot buttered spagetti. Served with Parmessan, and my homemade Foccacia.

Followed by either Lemon Tart or Home Made profiteroes filled with chantilly cream, and covered with toffee/chocolate sauce!

I'm not much of a baker, but my carrot cake goes down pretty good -

Having spent a lot of time in SEA most of my cooking tends to have an Asian influence and I love making curries; veggie thai green, prawn balti, lentil dahl etc.

But my signature dish is my seafood paella -

I generally serve it with a tapas starter of gambas al ajillo, potatas bravas and pa amb tomaquet.
