Your best dish

What is your masterpiece? The one dish (you make) that you think is just sublime/awesome/perfect

If you can, hunt out some photos!

It depends on the day - I can bake quite a lot but it depends how I'm feeling on the day as to how it turns out. And I make a great beans on toast

My Sunday dinner is quite good too..

My lasgane is unbeatable.........celery and smoked bacon go in with the mince, and the bechamel sauce is made with cottage cheese.

I've almost got my bolognaise (sp?) perfected, it needs a few tweaks but I can't decide what! Adding smokey bacon was one of the best things I did for it! It's the best thing I make!

My banana cake is quite good, I don't like it, but it doesn't last long with OH!!

Does scrambled egg, bacon and beans count? It's one of my favourite meals. Hubby likes my home made bread. And my cottage pie is quite nice. I can also do a decent roast dinner. Nothing I cook is really spectacular though, I just don't like cooking.
