could be a touch busy with a litter due in just over a fortnight. as i keep puppies nails short too and she usually has 6-7 pups, with 14 nails a piece/ ops:

my new dremel arrived. i charged it up, and did there nails today---its a new model----and much much faster. :smt081 had them bleeding much quicker than i normally manage :smt077 i hadnt realised my old red and black one was outdated.

its a grinder that you hold at the edge of the nail and it spins it off---plus you can see how far down your going---its great cos im terrified to cut them

we got this special claw-clipper that is like a 'loop'? put the claw in and clip - never used it on Rocky but have done on Cheetah.

Whilst we're on the topic, whats the benifits/reasons to clip dogs claws??

there you go--read it and wince the benefits are---it keeps the toes tight, stops them from spreading out----less risk of damaging the nail or anything else with the nail---and also looks a lot better from the showing side of it
