Daily chat Wednesday 27th March 2019

Good Morning all. Fanfare please. I have lost the stone that I wanted to lose by the end of March and have done it with 5 days to spare. Took me two months so here we go for the next two months. Kelly all I did was count calories. Have a good day all. Not so sunny here but not that chilly.

Good afternoon all.

We are still waiting for the heatwave to start here . Big coat weather again, but not too bad.

Gary was a nightmare though. The 'smart watch' he bought yesterday needed setting up and I refuse to do anything with technology while we are out so he wasn't happy. Then there was the ice they put in his coke. Face on for that too as he doesn't like ice in it. Of course, then he said he was cold. To be honest, I couldn't wait to get home. He still can't grasp that a watch that is a phone needs a sim card. No amount of explaining gets that through. Bearing in mind he can't hear so a normal phone is no good for him and the screen is too small for proper messages, the damn thing is worse than useless to him, but hey ho. Thankfully, it was only a cheap one.

Very well done, Brenda. Losing weight is never easy.

cannot believe we are nearly into April that means all the rates and taxes are going to go up next week. If the weather is nice and it is real spring then we can forgive the rates and taxes a little. Then of course there is Brexit still hanging on in there. Give us strength.

Chris, to make calls you need the SIM card but you can connect via Bluetooth and answer the phone and talk as Steve does it with me... well he bought it but he doesn't wear it as he doesn't like the strap
I think I have mentioned the guy who week's on the bus and in the block of flats?... well, he did it again on the bus today then proceeded to wee again outside the flats...I have had enough, reported him to the housing, contacted the bus garage here and gave his details and then reported the incident to the Birmingham garage asking them to tell the drivers not to pick him up when drunk... disgusting filthy man

I didn't know that, Kelly. Looks simple to do but useless to him because, of course, he can't hear it or talk so I'm not going to complicate things. The screens are so small that messaging would be a bit of a waste of time too.

He will buy these things without asking advice first. Unfortunately, he never learns
