dog bone thoughts?

I have a big dog (german shep/golden retriever cross) and she loves bully sticks and meaty bones. I usually buy her the huge ones (brand cesar milan, is that matters). But last two days she's been really into them and choking. Like not scary choking, but obviously gets little pieces stuck in her throat that she has a hard time getting out. I take it away when this happens and give it back for supervised chewing but it's becoming a thing. She scrapes little pieces off and I think inhales a piece.
Anyway, should she just not chew bones at all? Or is there a bones I should be buying instead that's better for big dogs?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Always feed raw meaty bones and your dog will be fine
