Homing Requirements: Freckles needs a carrying terrier home. People say why do you ask for experience ... only because true terriers can be grossly labelled and end up losing their lives by people who don't understand their instinct 'make up'; behaviourists even frown without stepping back and admiring and accepting the Terrier that stands proud and asks us to keep it safe! Freckles has intensity which soon melts into love.

His Story: Freckles was found stray, went into a rescue but their expectations were too high and he snapped at 2 introductions obviously as Freckles didn't quite have a grasp of what was going on. Freckles is neutered, chipped and vax'd. Freckles is in boarding kennels near Gatwick, West Sussex.

Advert: Freckles is Frère Jacques; a dog you want to sing about. He has that intensity about him which demands a person's respect. Approach him gently and he soften his stance and he melts down easily into friendship. Freckles can run and needs a training line or extender lead to allow him to 'feel the wind'. His home life should ideally be quiet, i.e. not too busy and fairly routine which will allow Freckles to relax and feel safe.

Freckles is an 'intermediate' Jack Russell i.e. his legs aren't short nor quite Parsons. He is just a year old and he is finding his way as a 'wired’ Terrier no doubt moving through novice hands until now when we will ensure he is understood, safe and has the respect for the Terrier he is. Respect!
