Sensitive/itchy skin

Arggghhhh! It's driving me crazy!

Or some reason I am ridiculously itchy! I've not changed my brand of soap or washing powder.....no amount of moisturiser fixes it! I tried taking an antihistamine but that doesnt work either

Short of going to the woods and getting naked to scratch my back on trees...any ideas?

Have you tried bathing in nice as-warm-as-you-can-tolerate dead-sea salt bath? (No soaps or shampoos just the sea salt). Bath for 20 minutes or so then drink bottled water once you're out and dry.

I would also get sensitive skin washing detergent and just use coconut oil for moisturiser (if you need it at all that is) and drink plenty of water to flush your system throughout the day.

Itchy skin can be a sigh of candida - so stay off sugary/yeasty stuff too.

Try that and see how you go

Can I not get permission to take myself off to the dead sea as treatment?

Thank you for the advise! I am definately going to try it!

Do I recall you are pregnant? I had really itchy periods throughout pregnancy too. Azz' idea sounds a good one.
